Delivery Details
We strive to ensure that the processing, delivery, and handling of your orders are as seamless and efficient as possible, offering prices that reflect our actual costs.
Orders with payment confirmation received before 2 PM (Monday to Friday) will be shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 2 PM on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday (excluding public holidays).
Shipping worldwide.
In UK, all standard delivery orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Orders over £10 are sent free via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
For international orders, sending via Royal Mail International Tracked.
Standard delivery typically takes 2-3 working days from the dispatch date. Delivery times may extend during busy periods such as Christmas or public holidays. Estimated shipping times are guidelines and cannot be guaranteed due to potential carrier delays or other unforeseen circumstances.
Ensure the shipping address entered during checkout is accurate, as we will use this address for delivery. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or errors in the provided address.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately.
We will cancel the order and issue a full refund if your orders has not yet dispatched.
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or modify orders once they are shipped if your orders have been dispatched.
Returns & Exchanges
Our returns and exchanges policy is designed to offer you peace of mind.
If you wish to return a product because you no longer want or like it, you are responsible for the return postage costs. Please send any product that you wish to be exchanged or have refunded, in its original condition within 14 days of delivery. Refunds for such returns will be issued only for the product's value, not the original postage costs. Ensuring that you have obtained proof of postage from your post office or selected courier.
Before returning any item, please send an email to service@chiakivintage.shop stating the reason for the return. You will then be sent instructions for returning the item by post.
If you are returning items to us, please ensure that you Include a copy of the packing slip indicating which items are being returned, the reason for the return and whether you would prefer a refund or replacement.
Wrap your items carefully and securely. If returned goods are damaged due to poor packaging and cannot be returned to stock we reserve the right to withhold the refund.
Once the item is returned in sellable condition we will issue the appropriate refund or send replacement at the first available opportunity. Refunds will be made via the way payment was made. Due to delays within banks, refunded monies may not reach your account immediately.
Whilst we are happy to accept the return of unwanted items within the above guidelines, due to the high cost of postage consideration should be given to the cost of returning small packs against the possibility of using them in a future project.
Due to our products may contains small, sharp components that require careful handling. Adult supervision is recommended when used around children under 10.
